By using Dev Nova's services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These Terms outline the rules, obligations, and legal responsibilities all users are subjected to when utilizing our platform. Please read them carefully to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities while using Dev Nova.
By using Dev Nova's services, you ("You", "User") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Dev Nova reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without notice to you.
You acknowledge that Dev Nova is currently in beta. By signing up, you are participating in an early access plan and may encounter unexpected issues, including data loss, for which Dev Nova cannot be held responsible.
All new accounts are subject to a 30-day trial period. Your first payment will not be processed until this trial period is complete. For example, if you select a plan and enter your payment details on day two of your trial, you will not be charged until the end day of your trial period.
Dev Nova allows different types of accounts including employees, vendors, clients, and prospects. Each account type may have different permissions and access levels within the platform.
All data and content created or uploaded to Dev Nova remain the property of the account owner or the entity that owns the data. Dev Nova claims no intellectual property rights over the content you provide.
While we implement security measures to protect your data, no system is impenetrable. You agree that Dev Nova cannot guarantee complete security and should not be held liable for unauthorized access to your account, unless such breach is due to our negligence.
Dev Nova will not be liable for any loss, destruction, or corruption of your data. You are solely responsible for backing up your data and assume all risks associated with using our service.
Your interactions with third-party entities such as vendors or clients via Dev Nova are solely between you and the third party. Dev Nova is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as the result of such interactions.
Dev Nova reserves the right to terminate your access to the service for violations of these Terms or other misconduct.
By using Dev Nova's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
As a user of Dev Nova, you agree to use the platform in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for all activities, data, and content generated or uploaded through your account.
Upon canceling your account, you are eligible for a prorated refund for any unused time within your current billing cycle, whether monthly or annual. The refund will be calculated based on the days remaining in your billing cycle from the day of cancellation and will be processed to your original payment method.
You agree to indemnify and hold Dev Nova harmless from any claims, damages, or losses incurred due to or arising out of your use of the service, including but not limited to, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
Dev Nova reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice to you.
The service is provided "as-is" and Dev Nova disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Dev Nova reserves the unilateral right to cancel, terminate, or suspend any user account at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of Dev Nova, third parties, or us, or for any other reason. Upon account termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms, which by their nature should survive termination, shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
We may also, at our discretion, limit or revoke access to the platform for accounts that are subject to investigation or that may be involved in legal disputes, to comply with legal requirements or to protect the integrity and operation of the Dev Nova platform.
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hillsborough County Florida.
